Paul Gotthardt Lead Pastor paul@lifebaptistchurch.com

Paul is a native of Savannah, Georgia, and an alumnus of the University of Georgia. His undergraduate degree is in world religions with an emphasis in the major monotheistic belief systems (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam). He received his Masters of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2003, and is currently working on a Ph.D in Christian Counseling.   In recent years, Paul has pastored churches in North Carolina and Nevada.  He has been blessed to speak in churches, colleges, and conventions around the U.S. and the world. Paul has been married to Brea Bell for twelve years, and they are blessed with 2 daughters: Shana (5 years old) and Kaylee (4 years old).   Paul's passion in ministry is teaching, writing, and discipling believers the wonders of the Christ life, and helping believers connect spiritual truths with everyday living.

Dwight is a native of Canton (north Atlanta), Georgia. He and his wife of over five years, Katie, just had their son Dallas Hunter in April of 2006.  He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University from which he received a B.S. in Communication with an emphasis in Media Studies, and a minor in History. Before coming to Las Vegas, Dwight served for five years as the Road Pastor for the Christian band NewSong. Prior to that, he served for over four years on the Evangelism staff at the First Baptist Church of Woodstock, Georgia. Through his years in ministry, God has developed in his heart a passion to see Christians be the Church, not just be in the Church. He believes that the Church is, simply put, followers of Christ living in community, participating together in God’s mission to the world.

Philipp is the Associate Pastor at Life Baptist Church. He has served cross-culturally in Western Europe and Eastern Europe as a Bible Study teacher, conference teacher, lecturer, and street evangelist. He is a native of Munich Germany and holds various degrees from schools in Germany, Hungary, and the US.    He and his wife have been married since 2005 and enjoy being parents to their little daughter Ashley. A passion for equipping people with God's Word has opened the doors for Philipp to teach at conferences world-wide through Precept Ministries and it is that same passion that fuels him as a church-planter in Las Vegas.

Matt is a Las Vegas native. He and his wife Erin were married in January of 2005 and are graduates of the University of Nevada, Reno where Matt led worship for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for over 3 years.  Prior to being called to Life, Matt was a part of the worship ministry as well as the Veritas college ministry at Hope Baptist Church.   Over the years Matt has learned that worship is much more than singing in weekend services.  Worship is about pursuing relentlessly the very thing God created His children to be.  It is his passion to see a body of believers who worship God with their entire lives…and get to sing about it on Sunday.

Genie has been heading up our KidsLife ministry since October of 2007. She is the 'soul' behind our children's ministry and is the sweetest lady to be around with. Her love and passion for God spills over into every aspect of our children's activities, program, and the KidsLife ministry as a whole.
