BASKETBALL CAMP

From August 4-7 LIFE will be hosting an Upward Basketball Camp at the gym of Grant Sawyer Middle School from 9.00 am - 12.00 pm for children ages K - 6th grade. A dedicated team of trainers out of Mustang, OK, will come in and train during the camp, which will make it an experience for a lifetime.

Pre-Registration

Due to the limited number of spots available, we ask that you pre-register your children for the basketball camp. Please take a moment and fill out this pre-registration form for all participating children you intend to bring or download the pre-registration form here and send it in. The age limit for our camp is K-6th grade. Pre-registration for the camp has already ended (unless you have a promotional code). If you have pre-registered your child(ren) and have not yet mailed in or dropped off the $15.00 pre-registration fee per participating child, simply bring it with you when you drop your child(ren) off for camp. There is still room for more children to attend the camp -- so feel free to drop by on Monday morning. The fee for any child participating at the camp without having been pre-registered (prior to July 26 or with promotional code after July 26) will be charged $25.00 at the door.
